2 large eggs
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil (I typically use canola oil)
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat eggs in large bowl with whisk until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Bake in waffle iron.
